Welcome to Momma Care. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Momma Care provides postpartum support services, including but not limited to: night nannies, day nannies, respite caregivers, and support for children with disabilities. We may also subcontract specialized services such as doulas, lactation consultants, and sleep consultants.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the rates communicated at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance for a refund. Cancellations made within 10 days may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Service Limitations

  • Our team provides non-medical support unless otherwise stated. We do not replace medical professionals or emergency services.

  • Any advice provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their needs and any relevant health or household considerations.

  • The environment must be safe and suitable for our staff to provide services.

5. Liability

  • Momma Care and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • We may decline or terminate services if conditions are unsafe or if these Terms are not respected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
